A few hiccups since moving in. Maintenance has been prompt. Parking is horrible at night. Would recommend having assigned parking spots to ensure residents are getting a spot near their place of residence. Neighbors below us are very noisy. Plays music to the loudest capacity almost every night super late at night.👎

Tone, and Booker came and did a wonderful job came right away and unclogged my kitchen sink. They were courteous and gave great care and customer service. Truly a great addition to Autumn Ridge! Thanks again.

Update as of 2/3/22: The maintenance here has improved. Also the snow team they are using as of recent is great. However the prices continue to rise. I can't say much has changed for the property other than more courteous staff and attentiave maintenance. All recent 5 star's Are amazon gift cards! Lived here for 3 years. Only to be harassed for a billing mistake. Locks on the doors have never worked. The intercom system never worked. Pool and gym, never open and or closed due to maintenance. My entire apartment is covered in spackle and compound material unsanded from over a year ago. My car has been towed mistakenly and I was required to pay the impound fee. My vehicle has also been broken into. No cameras were ever placed. Also never missed a payment, it's hard to understand why companies act the way they do. needless to say, Sierra Realty & Management, Has taken advantage of our stay with them at every turn. I can also honestly say most of the previous reviews have to be from Personal friends or clients. Honestly the more I sit here and think the harder it gets to type this I've never felt so taken advantage of by a company
