My husband and I were a few minutes late to our appointment but the front door office was locked and we called a few times but no answer. We had to just stand there for 5-10 mins until someone opened the door. We sat down with Casey and everything was fine at first as she was telling us information about the buildings and units. Half-way through she got an attitude with us, was very snarky and reluctant to answer my questions. They company didn’t have a golf cart or anything like that to show us the units, so we have to follow Casey in our car. The unit was dirty and smelled very weird. Casey barely gave us information and just let us roam around. Once again had a horrible attitude and it was clear she didn’t want to be there. She then asked us if we still wanted to see the second unit, (which I thought was unprofessional) but thank God she did because we immediately said “no thank you” and got out of there as fast as we could. The leasing agent is the first thing you experience when it comes to entering a community you want to be apart of and Casey made it easy for us to make the decision of not wanting any part of Glenmuir.

Wow. Jon the manager lied about fixing the problem and did not resolve the issue due to laziness. He told a lie after lie and this problem from plumbing happened 3 times. Later after it happening again Jon just said he’s the manager and did not fix the problem. Went from a 5 star place to none. It’s unfortunate I moved in 5 other nurses from the hospital now knowing the maintenance guy Jon just gives the run around in the end and management left him as the manager. Need to find a new place for 6 tenants now.
