Booked the romance package for my wife's 50th birthday. The room was beyond amazing and the added bottle of wine and roses was a great touch. We stayed in the premium king suite and did not want to leave in the morning. The shower and jacuzzi tub were well beyond expectations and the staff from booking the reservation to the amazing concierge Audrey were exceptional. Thank you all for making her birthday so wonderful and catering to us. Epic restaurant was really enjoyable, the food was top notch and the service was great.

Didn't stay here this trip but would if we could. Usually booked by the time we decide to go. Also, gets spendy as we need to stay 3 nights per trip. Hotel has always been great, though. Casino is hit and miss, typical. In the end we HIT which makes for a good time. Need a 24-hour restaurant. If you gamble (and drink) late you need food. Only choice was pizza at 1 a.m. Need more (or, should I say, more frequent) cocktail servers, especially since you're paying for drinks. I guess the days of being comped while you play are over. One difference from Vegas. When servers finally come by they jet by so fast you can't stop them. Interactions with all employees was excellent. Location in Airway Heights easy to get to, plenty of parking (covered and otherwise), and you're only 10 miles from downtown Spokane, 15 to the valley. We LOVE Airway Heights! It has most of what you need, great dining, excellent hotels.

We had a great experience here rooms were nice, bathroom were perfect for what we were looking forward to. Cleanliness in the bathroom could have been a bit better but for the most part it was great. Casino was pretty heavy on the smoke, maybe could use a little better ventilation system but they do have a non smoking area. All in all we would stay here again.

I was quite lucky during my stay however even if that had not been the case, I was quite impressed with Northern Quest. I had not been there in several years, so it was nice to see how nice the property had developed. Staff were pleasant and courteous, and I did not have to wait in line for anything. Staffing was adequate based upon estimated casino patrons. I was quite impressed. π

No permit Needed Southside parking lot way in the back , you will see other big rigs and RVs parked there
You can drink, in the casino, by the casino, next to the casino.... just not far away from the casino. Unless you are a resident nearby π
Check in time is at 4pm but you could call the hotel to see if they are starting to check in people earlier. The earliest I got to check in was 2pm before
That's a fine question! No idea on answer.
Even better will be in the spring when they open their brand new RV resort!! So excited! It's walking h distance to the casino but they might even have golf cart shuttles available I heard!!
Go to any cashier at the cage inside the main part of the casino. Tell them you would like a win/loss statement. It will have the amount on it that you are responsible for paying taxes on assuming that you have won more than you have lost over the course of the entire year.
New restaurants are opening up this month! East Pan, Asian cuisine. A hot new pizza place, new clubs! Concerts all summer
Ypu cannot withdraw funds from any card that does not have your name on it. You can buy stuff from the restaurants or stores but that is all, you wont be able to do any kind of gambling with it
They Keep Everything You Need Stocked Well For You & Your Stayπ°
No there is not for the parking lot itself u must have a camas card to stay any longer than one night for up to 7 days . there is an RV park right behind the gas station which does charge you per night
Yes yes and yes. Parking I believe ada parking is near the entrance
10 floors beautiful rooms. Beautiful views with lots to do besides gambling.
Yes the parking garage is done. But I park bythe theater outside

Thank you everyone for your response especially you Chris
No they do not. I just tried. They will only cash personal or third party check... Which didn't make sense to me but oh well.. That's the rules.
All of the hotel is smoke free. Can smoke in casino but not in rooms.
Look it to lazy!

No they don't but u can bring your own and hook it up
Bluetooth compatible hearing aids. I would think!
No vaccination required. They do βrequire masksβ but arenβt enforcing it
It is free to park in the lot located by the dinner and a movie. Otherwise, prices can vary depending on what day of the week and events that are happening if you choose to rent a space in Northern Quest's RV parking. Prices start at around $75 and go up from there.
We Had Jordan..and He was Really Nice!! Thaanks for Helping Us!! You Made our stay wonderful too!!βΊπββοΈ
Itβs so stupid cause that place was always packed! I bet it was a money maker!

River's Edge Buffet is currently closed, however, EPIC and Masselow's will be serving a special holiday meal.

I don't know. I was there as an overnight guest & played in the casino.
Family time stops at 9pm. Adult time is until midnight.
Brenda Cates, I think it is from 7 to 10 at night, but you can stop by the casino and get informed
Shuttles start as early as 4am
Yes, we have both an rv park with hook ups that you pay for and parking areas where you can stay for a night or two that are free.
Yes it does. They're big on the off track betting as well.
I would call and talk to someone in the events planning department and I'm sure they can help you make all of those arrangements
No
It depends on what and where. In the casino, employees get a 30% discount at the restaurants, gift shops, and spa. They also get free fountain drinks and water. There is no discount on tobacco products, or alcohol. At the franchises outside of the casino the discounts vary.
All workers get general benefits, but only full time employees get medical benefits. If you are part time and end up working full time hours with in a year then you would qualify for medical benefits as well.
Yes
I do not know the answer to that. However I would call them and see if one could be available. My husband was in a wheelchair but I always took it with us.
Funny, I actually know this one. Family time is 9AM to 9PM. Adults only time is 3 hours before and after family time. So adults can go 6AM to midnight.
There are no pet rooms. You can bring service animals but you have to state it is a service animal. If it's not then there is a heavy cleaning fee of $250.
Not sure but just call them
Yes there is! As long as you get there at least half an hour before the movie you can grab a table, sit and order your food while enjoying the movie of your choice
We had a classic king last night with a refrigerator.
.epic sports bar
You can now. Other casinos have implemented rules stating face coverings are mandatory, where quest has ruled it an optional accessory to their patrons.
11 am
Agree with other reviewers on this. Not much for kids to do here other than swim. Food at casino/hotel is expensive. I'd suggest eating elsewhere.
Yes pool and hot tub. Also day passes to spa facility. Adults only after 10pm in pool hot tub area.
No smoking only non smoking rooms and its only permitted in designated areas of the casino
The Casino has a mini free shuttle service that picks up individuals throughout town and takes them to the Casino.
No it is not. They just started to build the RV park office. You can see it if you drive through the round-a-bout on Sprauge
The Epic opens at 7 a.m. daily, and alcohol is served anytime, with a full bar crew generally after 10.
It's pretty large there are grandstands and the total occupancy of the outside it's like 4800 people.
Yes there is..bathrobes,guest sandles..blowdryer..very roomy..and nice..just had a little trouble with the 6 shower heads..controls..
Sounds like it would be the better seats
Yes you can to an extent... you need to talk to Security and fill out a form though. Not anything long-term
Yeah, they are turning it into a tavern. I heard they weren't making profit from the dance club
Thier website only shows events through May.
You can bring kids to the buffet. You cannot bring them onto the casino floor. The buffet is adjacent to the casino floor area.
It is free if you are a guest. But if you aren't it's $4 a day, or $25 a week, or $85 a month. If you stay in the hotel for one night before or after you fly you get two weeks of parking free. If it is longer than 2 weeks you have to pay for that. If you stay two nights you get a max of 4 weeks free...call the front desk, they gave me all this info and i believe they have flyers called "Stay, Park, & Fly"
The floor starts serving at 6am. It depends on which bar you want to go to after that.
Thx! Going this Sat morning. $10.95- senior discount. $12.95 adult $11.95 children over 5yrs. ONE CALL...DID IT ALL! WEEKEND BRUCH STARTS 8AM-12NOONπ
With one night stay you can park your car up to two weeks. With 2 nights stay you can park longer. For example: if you want to park your car for two weeks and stay for two nights after the two weeks. (You can park your car longer than two weeks before your two night stay)
All government issued IDs are accepted unless they are expired. If you have a paper ID then you will need a hard copy to purchase alcohol or claim a jackpot. Security will ask you to leave the floor if you only have the paper though. There are also several tribal IDs they take. If you're out of country you will need a passport.
I have NEVER hit anything at thus casino ever!!! The slots will play with u at times but have never cashed any jackpots in at all. I hear the tables are good but i dont play the tables. My old man has done okay on tables but nothing big. Place is nice drinks are good but slots kinda suck in my opinion
It's fine I understand it
I believe they do have a shuttle bus i just have no clue what places they pick up & drop off. Might give the casino a call. Im sure they will be happy to help.
I really think you are going to need your real id. Player's card might be helpful but I know they don't like to bend the rules.
