You can bring kids to the buffet. You cannot bring them onto the casino floor. The buffet is adjacent to the casino floor area.

As everyone else says yes you can bring kids. You can either park with the valet, in the garage, or if you're in the hotel there is a "family friendly" walkway which is along the wall. It starts as concrete from the escalators and then turns to carpet next to cravings and the food court. All you have to do is stay along the wall and half wall.
