The floor starts serving at 6am. It depends on which bar you want to go to after that.
Not sure as to exactly when it opens but I was just there and they stop serving at 1:30 AM it's State Law to sell alcohol no later than 2:00 AM and not again until 6:00 AM

The casino is 24 hours, the bar Liquid stops serving at 2am and they start serving again at 9am. The nightlife bar Impulse doesnt open until 5pm and closes at 2am.
