The campground is pretty nice. It's clean and the bathrooms are pretty clean. I would have given more stars, but the camp hosts were jerks! They contradict what the campground website says, and when you try to tell them that, you're automatically wrong. They are not very nice people!!

We usually camp at Hawk Creek but it was all filled up this time. Decided to give Hunters a try and wow we weren’t disappointed. Very spacious and overall great experience, we’ll be back.

There is no running water. No flush toilets. No fish cleaning stations. Looks like it will remain that way for the foreseeable future. It's pretty much an RV place now. We were the only ones tent camping. Still enjoyable place. Bring your own water.

Beautiful campground a really wonderful place to be…..so peaceful. The views are amazing. It’s pretty close to Spokane. If you need to get out with your family for a while or perhaps just take a little you time this is a very good place to be

I have been around this area for over 50 years. I don't currently live in the stress but return once or twice each year. I stopped; by the campground a few weeks back and noticed there is now a requirement to make reservations prior to arriving. There are handicap camping sites. No water electric or sewer at campsites. There is a trailer dump best the entrance to the campground. This campground is on Lake Roosevelt so lots of water. This is a semi-remote campground. There is a small grocery store one mile from the Site. Nearest fuel is about 7 miles away.
It is but you have to make reservations now, it's a new rule
Yes its on lake Roosevelt
They have sites that will handle 40 ft

5 vehicles Max, 25 foot trailer Max, 25 people (55.00 per night) see campground website for availability.

This is a first come first serve NPS ( National Park Service) camp ground with no hook-ups, however there is a dump station with non potable water as well as fresh water to fill your tank, plus several water spickets around the campground
No reservations
