This property management is not professional at all. They don’t have good communication skills at all and tell us one thing and don’t ever end up doing it. They steal peoples money and are not honest. Definitely would not recommend.

This company bought out my apartment complex right before I moved out. The manager in the complex just wanted to scream & talk over me when I wanted to discuss move out charges. She passed the phone to someone else to get my email to send me the proof of damage because she was so upset with how the conversation was going. She refused to send me photos of the “damages” they charged me for. Ie, repainting the entire apartment when we left it in the condition that it was when we moved in. Left a voicemail for the company & asked to speak with someone more level headed & have yet to hear back. Look for somewhere that this company doesn’t manage. I’m very upset with their service & refusal to do anything to help out the properties they manage. It’s very evident that they don’t know how to work with the properties they manage as all the positive reviews are people that work for them & not are managed by them.

I've just tried without success to contact our property managers for the last four days to resolve an issue with billing. Are there still Property Managers at the New Brigham property? I see many negative comments about this company. The only positive comments I see are by employees. The employees state they are being treated respectfully by this Company. However, tenants are not being respected or treated with dignity. What a terrible business plan.

They charged me a $200 month to month fee when my lease clearly defined a $100 month to month fee. I also was required to give a 60 day notice, but the property manager never even notified me of a renewal offer or that the rent was increasing by $200 a month, plus the fee they charged for month to month which was double what was agreed to in the lease. The lack of communication and transparency is so frustrating!
