If you need a form this is your one stop shop. If you need actual help the 1800 number is your best bet. Sad to say that this place is supposed to help vets and yet can't answer simple questions or show us what's on the screen to verify what they are seeing. Pretty sus if you ask me.

If you are trying to get "veteran" for your license you need a DD214 and a driver's license or ID. Go to the IDVA office. If you are trying to get a VA ID go to the hospital, Jesse Brown, to enroll if you haven't already. You'll need (from the VA website): Your Social Security number A digital copy of your DD214, DD256, DD257, or NGB22 that you can upload. This could be in a .pdf, .jpeg, or .png file format. A copy of a current and valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or state-issued identification card. https://www.va.gov/records/get-veteran-id-cards/vic/
