Used to be a great service before pandemic. Responsive, accurate schedules, real time bus locations. Now there is no written schedule, the new app provides inaccurate information, and there is no response to inquiries. Drivers are great, though. Also - 30 minutes between arrivals on the main street bus? Not a service for professionals. My guess is they want to move people to Lyft/Uber.
