Ca t rate the pizza yet as I haven't gotten it. I have been sitting in the drive thru pick up line for over 20 minutes and 1 car has been served. After 5 mins of waiting my wife went insideS we thought it might be faster. She is still waiting as well. Just sitting here mad that I paid in advance for what will certainly e cold pizza if and when I ever manage to get it.

Thank you for not using corn meal or corn flour! Most places do not pay attention when I list my corn allergy. I didn't have a bad reaction like I do most anywhere else.

Pizza Hut used to be really good before the pandemic and I could always count on my orders being hot, fresh, and presentable. The quality of the ingredients and the presentation has gone down. I pay a dollar extra for Pan crust and it looks the same as handtossed. The team is very quick to make things right for me should I complain but I have come to expect it as a standard now. I still like Pizza Hut but will looking into other pizza vendors in the future.
