We will never go back. Several different stories we could tell but the last one sealed it. We took the jeep in to have the air conditioner repaired and some spark plugs. They said that the order for the air conditioner was on back order. Long story short two weeks later they had not even ordered the part. There are never any calls or updates on orders and when we called back a few weeks later the part was there. Mind you this is been several weeks. We were going on vacation for nine days so we thought well we will leave our car there and surely it will be done when we get back. When we got back from vacation after nine days , our car had not even been touched. These people don’t know up from down or down from up. There’s no organization to their service department. Very bad management. We have had several other incidences with our cars. We’re done with them. We will make the trip to Little Rock from now on to the other dealership

Had my wife take our jeep here today bc it was acting up and they charged her 200 dollars for a deductible, fixed something that we didn't come there for and sent her on her way after waiting from 9 to 430. Sure glad yall know how to take advantage of a lady that doesn't know anything about cars. Will be calling to complain in the morning.
