My motor locked up I had to find a sitter and a ride to sherwood from Conway, got to the lot and the car wasn’t even here. The old lady that we talked to was extremely rude out of the gate. Needless to say with her crotchety attitude I didn’t want to even look at anything else they had on their lot.

Similar case, I bought a Chevrolet Equinox 2011 which looked really well but just externally. I got the engine light on without even using it. It was the fuel pump, I had to pay 6k for the car and 2k extra for repairing it. What a scam I got. Be aware, I got the same problem that many others got in the same place.

I recently bought a 2009 Buick Enclave from here, my family & I got there checked out the car and the check engine and tire light was on. The young man who rode with us during the test drive and the owner of the private dealership told us that it was an O2 sensor that was changed and it wasn't cleared out. We asked for a code reader and he kept saying it was an O2 sensor but the code that showed was P0017 and has absolutely nothing to do with the O2 sensor. Cam shaft sensor is what that code is related too. He cleared the check engine light, and proceed to tell us the car was recently service, I asked about the tires and he says he doesn't deal with the tires (?). That didn't make sense to me, you're telling me you have a auto shop but you don't deal with the tires? No biggie at all, I could get those changed if I needed. After purchasing the vehicle, driving my car home the check engine light came back on. Of course I'm freaking out cause I don't want to put more money into this car. Now he told my mom, dad, and I that the car was recently service but how could that be when there wasn't any transmission fluid, power steering fluid, wrong oil filter and the oil in the car was absolutely wrong. The front brakes weren't put on correctly but the car was serviced? I love the car and there's going to be kinks I'll have to work out, and of course pay for but being lied too just so you can make some quick cash is not okay. Luckily my father is an actual "mechanicl and did research on what my new car needs. If you decide to come and buy a car from this place, I suggest taking that ride on a long test drive and don't believe anything they tell you.

No it is not
Face masks required. If I remember correctly, a bottle of hand sanitizer in their lobby.
