Bought a car the Friday before Memorial Day, got it home and the AC quit and it had a check engine light, took it back and go into a “newer more reliable” car as they call it. Drove it for a day and it had a check engine light come on. Took it to a trusted dealership service department and found out it had metal shaving in the oil. Called Car Mart and told them, they wasn’t very willing to work with me on it and honestly I wouldn’t have wanted another vehicle from them anyway. Two cars in a week and I came out of it without a car at all. If your trying to rebuild credit or just need a good reliable car, don’t go getting it from them, odds are you’ll be in the same hole as I am.

The paperwork you'll need to trade in your car at America's Car-Mart is the vehicle title, a valid, state-issued ID for all titleholders, registration and loan payoff information if you are still paying on your vehicle. Please bring your loan account number and lender phone number. If you have a co-signer their signature is needed to sell your car.
