The sidewalk smells odorous. There’s a 4 step treatment the management can try to address the porous stains left in the concrete, but soap and water can’t do much on its own. I think the residents need more pet education in regards to available products that are easy to use in the home to address the cleanliness of their main entrance. I think the biggest challenge preventing me from giving a 5 star is the intercom system not responding to touch commands.

Great apartment building, the leasing office is very helpful and pays attention to details when you ask. Ever since the tour with Dartise, it has been great energy and better vibes in this building. If you’re looking for a mature environment this is the place to be.

Love this apartment complex and the leasing team. Specifically, Dartise has been exceptional with providing support when recently moving in. He is diligent, responsive and extremely accommodating. His great customer service made our move seamless, unlike many previous experiences with other apartments in the area. I highly suggest this apartment and having Dartise handle your lease.
