Just got home from picking up a to-go order. Entire experience was surprisingly bad. Inordinately long wait for an order that was supposed to be ready for pick up. Staff was extremely rude and had to wait for several minutes before I was even acknowledged. Had a 'by the pound' order that, after I got home and looked at it, was nowhere near the weight I paid for. The meat looks very fatty. We've eaten at Railhead once before and it was OK. Never again. They've just lost a customer.

Great food, friends. Try the sausage that has cheese and Jalapeños green beans delight and go fast. Ice cold beer.

I'm pretty sure they are pork ribs but they are absolutely to die for the best ribs I've ever had!!!
I just called Railhead and they said they do not take reservations. They will cater though. The gentleman did say that a person could get there early and snag a group of tables. Hope that helps...
