Friendly staff, clean facilities. Very knowledgable doctors and specialists. Even though we are in the height of a nursing shortage, you would never know. Nurses and techs are attentive, patient, and communicative. It is nice to be treated like a person instead of a patient. Felt like I received good amount of attention and care during my stay. I had one issue where during shift turnover I was delayed in getting anti-nausea medicine, which was a very unpleasant experience, but other than this, the staff and nurses were great and managed my pain post surgery very well. Would recommend Dr. Tohamy and his program.

This was the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life with a hospital. They ignored every single thing I was telling them and after 6 hours of absolutely nothing to help me they sent me home with a prescription for an antibiotic for my kidney infection, the problem is my kidney infection has been in my body way too long so it is already affecting other organs but the doctor did not care even after I told him I have had severe chest pains for the last week shortness of breath that I have never experienced in my life. Now I'm home it's the next day I can't even stand up the pain is so bad and my stomach my back and my chest and I'm gasping for air because it feels like I cannot get enough air. How they release patients like this is beyond me.

I went in with pains 1-10 at a 5 by the end i was at a 10 in tears. They told me to wait to go get a pee test done. I waited 2 hours to get the pee test cup almost peeing myself when i got up to ask for one and waited another 15 minutes for it and in total i was there for 5 hours. I didnt see anyone besides the lady at the desk and the one who took my vitals. The lady who took my vitals was not nice instead she basically hissed at me asking why was i even there when im not dying in pain or bleeding. Ive been having sharp pains for over 5 months on and off throughout each day and i finally decided to get help and that was the result of trying to get help for myself. Crozer is going down hill.

I arrived at 1 am with asthma issues. I sat in the waiting room for another 4 hours, with No medical attention and a mediocre evaluation. I was later informed that the trauma patients take priority over everything… so it’s ok for someone to die in their waiting room. Just not in their trauma dept… I’m pretty sure a nebulizer treatment or something, would have at least stabilized me, while still allowing them to tend to their trauma victim. The AM physician and nurse, were however absolutely attentive and amazing. Thank you for that. If I could just 5 star them. It’s a shame that all of our good hospitals are being shut down. And people are forced to go to overpopulated and under staffed mediocre hospitals for mediocre care…
