I ran across a lady that needed serious help in getting off the streets for a night and her phone died and knew some places for women and men alike. Age didn't have much money and I played her fair to rid but and transit it took awhile and I needed to get home bit I stayed to help and we found one finally and thefts she went. So that's how that came about.

Rude front desk help line and if you are ever in an emergency situation to get out of an abusive home. You might be better off living under a bridge or just killing yourself! I know that I will...

Just called was told they were at full compacity, I'm not certain how they go about helping others but turning people away without getting any information in the event something comes available did not sit well with me. The Rep was not really concerned with my mental well being. In Response no resources was given the attendant that answered the phone was snobby and pretentious . I pray this never happens to her and her family. Also your Help line is inadequate. Unless your being choice God does NM ot like thT !

I was pregnant when I was there I just had my baby my exit date came up prior to me getting an apartment and I was supposed to receive an apt within one week from today and now that I’m not in the shelter because I had an exit date I no longer qualify for Housing and I have a 20 day old baby And now I’m looking to see is there any other people that help me possibly with Housing Genesis is not gonna be able to help with housing in eight weeks so there’s really no point in going because once you get there and get eight weeks is up they just put you back on the street

As far as I'm concerned, we were told they can house you for up to 1 year. But you have to find a job and all that. A girl that was there before us, had been there going on 5 months. She had came from out of state, family violence.
No, you don't have to be a mother. It's a shelter for all women. Highly recommend.
