If o could leave NO STARS, I would. I was told by a friend that this place would help me with my custody case. I applied and went through the interview process without them ever mentioning I had to be a US CITIZEN to qualify for help. Then I get transferred to an Andrew Musquiz who requests that I provide information related to my case, which I took a full 10 days to gather, only for him to tell me they couldn’t help me with my case due to my legal status. I am here legally under “withholding of removal”…but I cannot get help? You should have mentioned that before ever beginning any interview. You people are uneducated and have no idea how to run a business. 😭 bad people!!

Come to find out if you are a veteran and have $10K or more worth assets then you are not eligible for DVAP services. Most cars are worth more than that these days. For example my Jeep is worth more than that in 2021 and it's 15 years old. Non-profit organizations like this one take in all of the goodwill but avoid the work and they should be exposed. Thanks for nothing DVAP.

This non-profit is poorly run. They are difficult to reach (mailboxes full), don't return calls and are off putting when I actually reach them. They are tasked with at least attempting to help. But after completing an application there's been no contact despite numerous calls. AND letters. I plan on contacting the IRS about investigating this so called "non-profit". This is wrong.

Good question for the DVAP

Does your office handle pro bono probates of estates? In particular involving real estate. One parent died with a will, the other was having it amended, put passed before notarization. I also did have powers of attorney, but this paperwork burned.

I am not an attorney. You have to go to one of thier locations and apply for thier assisstance. They will let you know if they can help you or refer you to attorneys that can? DVAP ARE THE ONES TO DETERMINE IF YOU QUALIFY
