Got to hotel refrigerator was not working ask to get a new refrigerator they told me maintenance had left but they can switch my room.. Bit of convenience for me but it worked. Stain on the blanket but I think it was just blue dye from the wash. I am a housekeeping manager at a different hotel so I do point out a lot of things. What I am upset about is when I went to the front desk at about 1am, just to get some shampoo the front desk agent that was there said I'm trying to do things and everybody came to me at once and she asked me what I needed in a rude tone. I'm sorry I thought at hotels you're going to need things when you went to the front desk. That was ridiculous. I do have to say that agent that works during the day on the weekend is excellent

I arrived and everything appeared to be normal and functioning. A few hours into my hotel stay, I spotted a roach in the bathroom. Also, the bathroom toilet was barely able to flush. During our two night stay in room 217, our room was never cleaned and we never received fresh towels or toiletries. We had to request them at customer service. I will certainly not be returning to this hotel in the future!

Love the hotel and staff and prices are what you would expect for the area. The location is convenient to everything. They have a wonderful pool and hot tub and Gym too if you wish to use it. But I didn't. Hot breakfast with coffee, juice, scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, toast, muffins, fruit, and yogurt. Rooms are clean and they have french doors going into the bathroom. If you need a little something while staying there. They even have a well stocked convenience store near the front desk.

Patience goes a long way; there were a few uncomfortable situations with staff but overall were adjusted. The breakfast is delightful, pool was just right and the gym had adequate equipment. Most the staff are awesome and Jamie should get a well deserved raise.
