I’ve shopped at Hermès with a few different sales associates but Keisha at this location provides me the best shopping experience! She’s very professional! She always helps my husband and me find everything we want! She also gives us great suggestions on what we can get from Hermès!!! Now Hermès is officially my favorite brand!!!

Asked an associate to place an order for a shoe and she never did, no follow-up, order notification, or anything after she took my information. On top of that, the store is impossible to contact. I've had to call the corporate office every single time to get in touch with the store. Completely unacceptable, and has never been my experience with any other luxury maison. I will never purchase from this store again and warn everyone to consider other locations if you will be visiting. Buy your Hermes outside of Dallas, it is not worth the stress.

This was my first Hermes visit and Gladys was absolutly wonderful! She helped me find a pair of shoes and a few bracelets and even shared some perfume samples. She was simply the best and can’t wait to visit again!
