This post office has the worst customer service, the lady up front an african American lady seems always un- happy, does not acknowledged you, not enthusiastic and it seems like she is sooo tired. (To slow). Does not seem to care about her job, I really don't understand how can they let people work, at the front office. Very disappointed because it's not the first time that I come to this post office. Some one needs to fix this problem.

I second the no self services review, but I would like to add to it. I walked in at 5pm, right as they closed. I was the only one there, and I really needed to send a package that day. I walked up and I waved and expressed I really needed to send a package, but it fell on deaf ears. You can disagree if you'd like, but I feel like a courtesy should be extended to people walking in AT closing time if they just need a couple minutes of help. I left work as early as I could, but no understanding. I just needed two minutes to give them a package and pay. It is so dumb that we pay tax dollars to subsidize a service that is only open while people are at work, and then they don't make it possible to send anything but letters after hours. Please, add self service machines, or stay open after 5.

Line was short and the task was easy. I know it is not like that all the time but. Thank you for all your hard work and letter sorting.

Call the station and ask for the manager
I find it hard to deal with those in front of me while a phone rings. But someone has to answer it. Before the rule existed there was no regulation but after the regulation there are rules. But now there are so many rules that I don’t think anyone can know them all. Best of luck and happy Forth of July!
No one ever answers the phone
