Package got misdirected to this facility. I walked in, explained my issue and within 5 minutes, walked out with my package. Thank you to the two women at the front desk who made this process stress-free!

Fair service. This location has a good allotment of PO boxes. It's dirty and unkept. The staff are okay, but slow and semi-helpful. I guess there's little to expect nowadays from the USPS. I will say that there online services and call center has improved drastically. Just waiting to see if this trend will trickle down to actual post offices such as this Ferguson location.

some of they're employees don't even care if there is anything that can break when they deliver a package they literally just throw it on ground i have recieved a few items broken when usps

No matter how many times I do vacation holds, they never follow it. They still deliver on days they feel like it. Or, they do and wait 3 weeks to deliver my hold mail.

Hell yeah bro it tripped me out. I actually had ordered some shoes from footlocker and the box it came in I could tell had been opened and taped back up. I figured Maybe they did it at the warehouse before it was shipped for some reason, but now that I see your post I'm thinking differently.
Very true I've seen the mail lady realize someone stay on the 3rd floor and leave.
Agree, it looks terrible and I’m amazed the management of this location is not taking accountability of this concern. If it’s not part of the post responsibility, then he/she could certainly escalate it to the personal or retailer who is.

Did you have tracking number on it. It's the only way to see where it was scanned.
Did you take your lease with you to get you mail? I haven't changed my ID yet to my current address but they usually just tell me to bring my lease and show that I live at that address.

I am so sorry to hear that you were treated rudely. Normally the customer is the Postal services number one priority. Unfortunately to some employees, it's a job, and they allow everyday life to interfer with their decision making ability or allow the stress of the job to get to them. I'm not anyone in authority, just an employee, but I apologize to you or anyone else who feel they have been wrongly treated at this location, and I will mention it to my superiors. Have a Good Day
