I was trying to locate a veh and was cussed out multiple times and they then had my number blocked. They are unprofessional, rude and are acting like children to accrue additional storage fees. No one should use them.

I called Hemphill Septic in a panic after terrible service with a different company. Hemphill's was able to complete my request for a service agreement and provide the necessary letter to the health department all within the same day. I am so thankful for their speedy service and each person I spoke to today was so kind.

Hemphill is not a reliable company. I called 3 times and was told each time they would be at my house the next day. They never showed up and never called saying they wouldn’t be able to come which means I waited at the house multiple days for no reason. DO NOT USE THEM!
