So my daughter took her 2017 Jeep Compass in for recall work and because the jeep wouldn't accelerate above 40mph. Well the service dept kept the car 5 days, didn't follow up with warranty to get her a rental. So she goes to pick it up today to take it to another dealer to have it fixed. She was told she would have to pay $150 for diagnostic... here the kicker, they didn't diagnose anything! I'm furious about all of this and I truly feel my baby was taken advantage of because I wasn't able to be there to ensure this wouldn't happen! Calling has done us no good since the service dept doesn't answer.. DO NOT waste your time going here or calling!

I'm not sure about your question but if you are wondering if Dodge cars and trucks are being recalled all you have to do is go to https://www.nhtsa.gov/recalls and check to see if your ride is on the list.
