Really nice midsized venue. I've seen a lot of very good acts here. Good place to come and get grub in the nearby eateries early to fuel the mostly standing and bobbing at the show. Street parking is usually available a couple blocks north.

I did not enjoy the layout of this venue, it is split into sections with small walls in-between and a seating area like a movie theater at the top. This was not ideal for a rock concert as there was limited space to move, also the sound was deafening since the walls were so close, it aas like being trapped in a box

It depends on the show. Some shows have seating and some are standing only. At the very least you can get a drink and stake out a spot up front before the general public gets in
There's a parking lot behind the venue that is decent size, and the lot directly across is usually open as well. It's been $10 every time I have been there.

Floor is sometimes open with no chairs or tables, but the built-in half walls are always there. Then some shows its chairs only, and some have chairs and tables. Upstairs I've only seen chairs and tables. When you buy tickets it should be clear to see how it is for that show.
