CAUTION!!! I WOULD NOT REFER ANYONE HERE ,THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE AND ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY NOT HER CUSTOMERS…Where do I start, first thing she was late for the appointment time she told me to be there.she told me one $100 over the phone then when I got there I was asking her before she started on my mom hair to confirm price she then said $180, so I told her no I was not spending that much to get my mom hair braided at the age of 75 . I was not expecting that amount , so I asked what could she do for $100, and to show me pictures, she pointed out a picture in the book of cornrows so I agreed. But she said she couldn’t do it so she switched with the other Braider there, then a younger African Braider came in to do it, she was very nice the younger girl. But then the owner started talking in african which I couldn’t understand so I asked what was being said because i wanted to make sure the price wouldn’t change again, she then yelled and said she don’t have to tell me nothing, I said I am a paying customer so I’m asking to be sure and nothing is wrong with that , we went back and forth, and I told her she was very rude, I said now I see why all your reviews online are horrible , she had the nerve to say I DONT CARE,I BEEN HERE 9 YEARS. I was shocked! I then knew that lady do not care about customers.she really showed she did not care she was very strong and rude.and to top it off, once my mom was finished she called and said your mom is waiting and I need cash, bring me cash….. just so unprofessional, I will not be returning and I would not recommend her to anyone . I have a lot of military co workers who need a Braider so instead of me giving them royal african braiding for convience by our house I will give them the other Braider I know…..Only reason I went there is for my mom to get her hair braided and it was the convience of being close. I will drive 30 minutes to a hour away to the african shops who appreciate their paying customers . I really did not appreciate the way she talked to me and her telling me how long she been in business so she don’t care about reviews. That’s really sad…. I gave them a chance but I should’ve listened to the reviews they were not lieng , everything I read before I went there was true! Horrible customer service
