The site said they were open until 9pm. I called only for the phone to ring once then hang up. I drove there at 6pm. No one was there and the door was locked.

The two starts are only for the haircut. It was ok but Sky took off more than i asked. When i first came in i was told by a long haired blonde girl that sky was running 10 mins behind. I showed up on time after rearranging my busy schedule for her to be late. Not the best start. While waiting in the awkward lobby with only one seat; i noticed the long hair blonde girl offer the next guest a drink. Like seriously? You couldn’t offer me a drink while i wait? While i wait for my late hair stylist? Another bad start. So i kindly asked if i could also be offered a drink. After long hair blonde girl helped a guest leaving was then that she managed to give me my drink placed right at the front for her convenience. So rude!!! Customer service goes a long way for me and so does professionalism and punctuality. NOT coming back to this location and taking my hair, my daughters hair to a better salon with better customer service and on time stylists. I’ve already made sure my many girlfriends also know to not waste any time at this location.
