During my visit I was told that they were not accepting new clients. Lol, either they're that good or they don't have enough groomers! Nice place though, wish I could vouch for the service. At least the staff I saw was friendly.

Waited six months for an appointment only to be denied service upon arrival. **update after response** Or maybe you are just not as good as you think. Will go back to our original groomer at Azani who never had any trouble.

UPDATE - Our groomer unfortunately left, so we started seeing a different groomer at All Fur Paws. After several appointments with our new groomer, a receptionist called to confirm our appointment for the wrong time. They insisted it showed up in their computer at 11am, but we received a confirmation text for our actual appointment time at 10am. I called the next day before our appointment to resolve all the confusion. One of the groomers answered the phone and said it was switched yesterday from 10am to 11am with a brand new groomer. They could not answer for what they did nor explain the situation before I dropped my dog off. Who knows how many times my dog was groomed by someone other than my preference, and it seems like shady practice. No wonder they raised their rates. Our groomer's name is Borah and she has shown our three pups so much love and always cuts them to our preference. Having a picture of what you want is much better than trying to explain it last minute. Prices range from $30 to $60 depending on the size of the dog and what services you require.
