Have used this facility for years, now it's necessary to make an appointment in order to get a new tag, so sorry. I went down the block and got what I needed when I needed it not when it's convenient for Santa Fe Tag Agency. If they can't take my order when I show up during business hours then guess what the Tag Agency down the street was glad to have my business...

Make an appointment and go see them.
If you need a driver's license or Real ID you have to make an appointment. I was able to register my vehicle as a walk in, but they said I had to come back for my real ID since I didn't have an appointment. Everyone was wearing masks when I was there yesterday. 🙂

They do not. It is a small office so they may be busy most of the time.
Yes, every year you must purchase a new tax certificate sticker. Oklahoma does not currently offer multi year auto tags
No, this is just where you get your License after passing the tests.
You can look online for the complete list at realid.ok.gov but basically a birth certificate, pass port, social security card and a utility bill showing your address.
