Petsmart only has cats for adoption. However, they do partner with various rescue groups who come in on Saturdays and bring dogs in for adoption. Fees vary, but most include chip and spay/neuter in price. Realistic numbers are $125-350. Depends on group. When we got ours, she had been fostered so we know her personality. I think their fee was $325, but was worth it as spay alone would have probably been $175 due to size. Knowing her personality was a big deal for us as we couldnt adopt an overly active dog. Call the store. They can tell you what groups might be there when.
