They should let you borrow one or take you to your appointment and pick you up when you’re done, but it depends on if they have any loaners that’s what I was told. Sorry that happened to you.
We like to see the first oil change at around 5000 and then it is 7500 after that.
They have a great service dept., so take it back to be looked at.
