They always have a negative attitude like they’re mad they cigar too come to work and if that’s the case they could’ve gotten an at home job… than for the past few years every time it came time too register my son for school the phone lines would be busy… but when you go up there you would be greeted with those attitudes … need too do a workshop on workplace manners and etiquette

I got what I needed done but now without attitude and a headache. I'm here to pay for things I need and they were bothered by any slight questions I had and replied passive aggressively (even with me being as polite as I could). They do not communicate with each other or myself well, could not calculate my fee well, or type and print my information correctly. Their priority at work is definitely not the patient's experience.
