I need update this review. After having issue with female in service department, I went back to dealership the next day because there was also a dent in my front bumper that wasn’t there when I dropped car off to have front rotors replaced. I know because I wash my own vehicle (2018 Lexus IS 300) and I knew every imperfect that was there when I purchased. And I’m VERY OCD about everything! Which is really nothing yo brag on but just making point. I was not happy with damage nor service but luckily the general manager had read review and given a copy to service manager, Mr. Gorman. Mr. Gorman was about to contact me when I walked in his office. He was very apologetic and said he would take care of damage to front bumper. I had plans to travel but did take car back to dealership 3-4 weeks later. Mr. Gorman took very good care of me!! He gave me a loaner vehicle and made sure I was kept up to date with progress. We built a RELATIONSHIP and he introduced me to Mr. Justin in service just in case he is not available. I am more than pleased with the service I received. And luckily the female who was an issue has left. Most likely because she was incompetent and could not work under pressure. She really did dealership a favor. The gentleman that was hired in her place, Mr. Justin, is very experienced. I highly recommend having your car serviced here and if any issues ask to speak to service manager; Mr. Gorman.

Hold the key fob up against the ring around the start button, depress the brake pedal and try to start the vehicle. The key fob keeps enough reserve power to crank the car if the above procedure is followed. It it still does not crank it is not a key fob battery issue. Thy key fob battery being discharged will not make the vehicle stall while driving. Hope this helps. You can give me a call at (601) 354-4099 and ask for Stan
If you have a master key to program fron the cost would be 404.00 for the transmitter. Without a master it would be 654.00.
