It should be illegal for them to not let me see my auto that was towed before paying for it after it was towed because it was stolen. At this point the might not be worth what is will cost to get it out of the tow yard because what the thieves did to it and what the tow truck did to it just to get it back to their yard to then charge you whatever they want for towing and storage even though they didn’t contact you right away for it would build us storage fees.

So I wreck.my truck and they tow it..wont let u look without paying the tow bill, at it or get ur personal items out of said vehichle. I woulda handed them the title, so they dont have 2 do the whole salvage title bs. And wait the 30 or 60 days .If I had found the truck to b irreparable and they even let me look at it. This company and their professionalism is bull $*#&. And I know good and well they arent goin by the tow laws like they say..i dont recommend them at all..

I have pics of 1 of their Tow Trucks running outta the lane on the internet while towing a truck rocks were tossed against my windshield and it shattered. I've got pics showing I was showing what happened and when I called it in and sent the pics a man called me back and literally laughed while telling me that weren't going to cover my windshield because the truck in the pics had mud flaps! So now im a single Mom stuck with a car I just payed off and CANT DRIVE IT until I can pay for it myself. On Disability it's gonna be impossible. Very Sad
