We traveled 1800 miles on vacation and although I was not planning to buy a new trailer here, they were so friendly and helpful, as I lost a ramp traveling I-40, they loaned me a ramp to off-load our car and while checking them out on-line came across a better trailer and they took mine in trade and made such a good deal, I could not say no. Saved me several thousand over what the wanted in Nevada. Thank you both
