Busy, but very accommodating. I completely forgot to ask her name, but the girl at the desk was very personable and organized. She kept things running smoothly and was very transparent about how long things would take as well as what they would be including during service. The mechanic I had for my oil change was also a pretty decent guy. He was patient with me waiting for my troop of children to hop out of the vehicle when it became our turn. Fair prices and great people, as well as good service. I absolutely recommend!!

Yes they are open on Saturdays, but they close at 12 and call ahead to make sure they have the tires in stock otherwise they will have to order them
I don't believe so due to it being relatively cheap to begin with.
