Hello, What is the best email to send over a service request?

Hi, The link above in our profile will take you directly to our service request form. Thanks so much!

I’ve been reading all of your reviews and I would like to get a price quote for 2 new heat pumps from you for a home in Gilbert. What brands do you sell, and do you charge anything to give a quote on new units?

Grace McLovin | Oct 12, 2018
Magic Touch Mechanical | Oct 12, 2018

Hi Grace, Thank you for considering Magic Touch Mechanical to install your new heat pumps. To answer your first question; we follow a philosophy we call "Options not Ultimatums", in other words we offer many brand options for new AC unit installations, not just one or two brands. Some of those options include: Trane, Lennox, Bosch, Mitsubishi, and Goodman...to name a few. With regards to the second part of your question, we do NOT charge anything to come give you a quote. We will evaluate your home and system requirements absolutely free, and use a no-pressure, open-book pricing, menu-style presentation. We'll perform a load calculation so you get the exact size (sizes) you need and then show you pricing and options for all the different brands above so you can choose what's best for you and your budget. Thanks again, we look forward to exceeding all of your expectations! Sincerely, Rich Morgan, President - Magic Touch Mechanical - AC, Heating, Home Energy Audits & Home Improvements

I see your truck out here in gold canyon. Our house/act units are 16 years old but not ready to replace until at least one unit dies, we have 2. Should I install 2 nest thermos now? I hate our old ones,so hard to set. They do have 4 wires.

Hi Bruce, For some reason we never received notification of your question but accidentally stumbled across it today. To answer your question, you should be safe installing Nest thermostats that will function with 90% of the new units on the market today. The exception would be if you chose to replace your unit with anything labeled “communicating” which sometimes require a proprietary thermostat, however, these systems already include the thermostat specific to that application. Please feel free to E-mail us with any more questions you may have about new systems or Wi-Fi thermostats. We would be happy to install new NEST thermostats for you as well, and can supply them or install ones you've already purchased. Thank you!
