I love living here! The HOA is relaxed and not like most others. The golf course, club house, and amenities are great. The maintenance and care they take overall is phenomenal. I wish the playgrounds were more geared towards the younger kids with slides, etc. Secondly the main road in the community is like a drag strip. Other than that it is a great place to raise kids and so far has been a very safe area.

Hi Marina! Currently, short-term rental properties are allowed here in Las Sendas; however, the Association is looking into amending its CC&Rs to put restrictions on rental properties. Hope that's helpful!
