They keep the jess ranch store so clean. I always see them tidying up the store. The girls are always so helpful and it's a place to feel welcome and content in.

Have shopped at Kirkland's for years. Well organized and courteous staff. But they need to ditch or modify overwhelming white and black country farmhouse inventory. Goods are more expensive than ever, not well made in many cases and just plain ugly. I don't buy anything there anymore. Waiting for this horrible fad to end.

I mean its Kirklands, and I love all of their stuff and sales...but the customer service is horrible! No one ever asks to assist or if you need help. Once you are done shopping you get to stand at the register for 5 minutes while you stare at the two employees talking until one asks in a surprised voice if you're ready, to which you reply yes and so she begrudgingly walks over to check you out. This has happened 3 times so I don't think its a fluke, but its the only Kirklands up here.

I love this beautiful store. As soon as you walk in the air smells so good and you get greeted and welcomed immediately. The store is not real large but it is stocked full of beautiful decorative items for your home at excellent prices. Everything you need to accessorize your home is here including some small furniture items. Returns are amazingly easy and everyone is so nice and helpful. I can spend hours in here and have purchased a lot of things for my home here as well. Everything is quality and you can't go wrong. Even if you're not looking for anything right now, take a stroll through here and look at all there is to offer. Very peaceful relaxing atmosphere.
