I go to the dog park at night and I've never seen the archery open at night so I'm going to say, no.
The hours for the Paseo Vista Recreation Area are from 6:30 am until 10:00 pm. The Archery range is open from sun-up to sundown. The Archery range has Targets set-up for the general public. You must have your own equipment, there are no rentals available. Broadhead points are not allowed to be used on the range targets. Archery can bring their own broadhead targets to the range.
