More than 20 years here and the customer service is getting worse and worse I have never seen such horrible service

I have called them over a dozen times to ask on the status of my credit. I had a unrecognized charge on my account Monday 18 July and I immediately lock card from there it was all downhill… and I tried to file a claim as well but their office was closed so all I was able to do was to block my card. The next morning, bank opens when I’m already at work so I had to wait to my lunch break and I wait on hold over an hour and only for them to tell me that they can’t find my account maybe due to my card locked they tried looking for account with my social and the last four of my card number nothing. Eventually they found my accounts and transferred me over to the claims department with along with my information for the operator And filed a claim on 20 July, 2022, 48 hours later. But still no credit refund as promised on 25 July??

Terrible resources one closed my account i call main office in dallas they told me i cant even reopen my account it all good im never coming back.

Wow I maybe a member for life just from the customer service from Bernadette .. she was Amazing and went the extra mile to go over the best financial plan for me … The other teller were very friendly as well .. I recommend Resource Credit Union to everyone
