*I almost didn't open an account here*☹️. 🤩but if it wasn't for the FRIENDLY, CARING, AND HELPFUL service of Dana Santiago and Miss Deenisha along with Manager Jazmin. I wouldn't have. 🤨My first impression and experience would have been ruined by MARISSA GONZALES. 😡She was very disengaging, uninvested and basically just didn't probably want to be there in the first place. 🙂But thanks to everyone else I am ecstatic to give Shell Federal Credit Union my business. I WANT TO COMMEND: Jazmin, Dana, Deenisha at Shell FCU for your service!!! 👏🤩👏

This bank places almost every deposit on hold regardless if you have made several deposits from a recognized or previous source. It is very inconvenient. I would not recommend this bank to anyone else. So frustrating.
