Braum's Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant

Absolute worst restaurant I’ve ever ordered from. They made my driver pick up all the items even though they aren’t ever supposed to do this. I could understand if I was ordering from Whole Foods but it’s Braum’s. So what do you do when both companies say it’s not their job??? If you work their then it’s your job not the drivers job. Also they need to update their menu as multiple things I ordered aren’t even carried anymore. This is laziness at its finest and given that we were in lockdown a few months ago and I know for a fact the employees there would get the order I’d like to know what changed!

Po Po Po

This place is getting bad about getting your order right. I’ve gone 3 times in the last few months and each time they forgot the bacon in my burger, it is literally what makes the burger. Also they obviously don’t keep an eye on the limeade mix because it’s usually just sour instead of sweet. My order from today didn’t have bacon and the line was so long that I just ate my food without it but this is literally the 3rd time…

I love Braum's but my experience at this location was a nightmare. They need to get the drive thru act together. Waited over half an hour and then my order was wrong. Also there's this pointless yellow pillar by the menu and I now have car damage from it. My wheels never left the road yet still my car hit this thing that's way too close to the curb at a sharp turn. The pillar has plenty of paint damage so I'm sure I'm not the first to get into battle with it. Most expensive ice cream trip I'll ever take.

The price and quantity were great. The ice cream was better than most other places. This is banana split. The banana on the bottom wasn’t fully ripe. The employees were nice. I would go again.
