I’m giving them a five star review, because of Lakisha the manager. Hopefully I spelled her name right. I stopped to order food to break my $20 and I’m so thankful that she was so sweet and helped me! It’s refreshing to get good customer service. I will eat here again! Thank u.

Horrible experience, went to buy ice cream and waited for a while. Had to pull up because my order was big and to be told by a young employee next time I need to go inside and order because it was alot. I told her I’ve been before and never was told that. She also forgot my lids to my cups and my float. I went inside and she was yelling across the way telling her manger that’s the girl I’m not helping her. I clearly heard her, and the lobby and ice bar was full of people. How unprofessional. That wasn’t needed. I will not be going there anymore.

Not the best. Service was good depending on who was taking your order. Some of the ice cream I purchased was freezer burnd like they don't rotate the stock. Also the place needs a good wipe down. Seems to be poorly managed. Employee's have better conversations then customer service. Cleanliness is definitely an issue.

Ordered food through the drive through, but I had to go in since my order was wrong and once I went in I was appalled at the extreme lack of cleanliness. Customer service is good but just looking at the counter and back area will, I will definitely not be returning to this particular store. They need to have someone responsible for proper housekeeping.
