Yolanda provided excellent professional service. She was very thorough & efficient while being caring & involved. There was a hiccup with the medical coding from the Dr's office but she was able to contact them immediately & knew protocols to get the correct codes which was awesome. It saved me the inconvenience of having to go back to the doctors office or paying upfront myself. Thank you!

Normally every time I go to quest I have good experience but this time I went I came out very disappointed. The tech that took me back had no bedside manners. She never introduced herself and her badge was facing inward. She never made eye contact with me, didn’t ask for my insurance card or ask me to verify my information before drawing my blood and after drawing my blood she just gave me my cup to pee with no instructions. She just walked away to her computer. Oh and her personal phone was ringing while she was attending to me. If people don’t like their line of work then they should work elsewhere.
