How do get in contact with someone over the phone? The prompt just talks and talks but doesn’t give you an option to speak with anyone. Is there a number I need to press? I don’t need an appointment I just need my lab test results.

They don't answer the phone. If you listen to the recording, there is a prompt to push a number if you want lab results. If you get that far maybe someone might answer. Good luck
