Kelly and Louis and frankly everyone at this store are so helpful and knowledgeable. I can tell Kelly knows what she's doing and is willing to teach others and help her team. Louis was really patient with my dumb phone after the first one stopped working after my transfer and the second phone didn't want to activate. He was amazing and really chill to talk to. It depends of the type of phone you have. Mine is under my phone mark, my husband's is under a separate part I think. You should be able to dail a number for it too, I think...
