I have been a patient at Alliance Urgent Care & Family Practice ever since we moved to Colorado Springs seven years ago. My experience with Dr. Mark Carroll has been nothing but OUTSTANDING. He is the best doctor I have ever had in my entire lifetime, he treats you as if you were a family member, he is very professional and very knowledgeable. He has to be the best doctor in Colorado Springs without a doubt. Doctor Carroll, thanks for all that you have done for me over the past seven years. I want to include in my review of Alliance Urgent Care $ Family Practice my review of the best Technician at the medical facility. Johnny Woodard is the best of all the Techs. He very caring, knowledgeable and has undeliverable patience with his patients. He always makes me very comfortable when I have an appointment plus he deeply cares about me as a person and my individual health issues. He makes my day when I am a patient there. What a great technician but an even a greater person!

Dr. Carroll and his staff are top-notch. As a doctor, he is one of the best. He shows that he truly cares and takes the time to get to know you as a patient; not just a number. He is very thorough, professional, and caring. His office staff is always polite and the facility is clean and bright. Thumbs up for sure!

The level of professional care received here is outstanding. Lindsey Shure is my PA and I trust her with my life and even the life of my kids. However, everyone there from Johnny to Mia is great. They are not perfect. They have made mistakes with me as well. However, perfection is always the unobtainable goal. When they do make mistakes they own it and they come back to make it right. How an mistake is handled says more about an organization than the fact the mistake was made in the first place. Dr. Carroll is a good man and a great Doc. His team reflects the leadership he provides. I cannot say enough good things about them, and I count them as a blessing in my life.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr's from this practice for 5-6years. They have always been professional, polite and courteous. They take their time discussing our issues in the clinic and have the most caring team of Dr's. Never had any issues with the staff or the billing. I would highly recommend!

Hi Brenda, we applied to be an administering site for the vaccine but we do not have them and are not currently scheduled. Your best option is to register with UC Health, unless you already have a patient portal. UC Health and Centura are both offering randomized invitations to ages 70+ but supplies are limited. You can register with UC Health even if you are not a patient at uchealth.org/covidvaccine ~Marcia, Office Manager

You can Google Alliance Family Practice and the profiles of all the practitioners are on the website. Hope this helps.
