Take your chances ordering from this location. You may or may not get your food. I really really wanted to support this location, as they support my kids school but after NUMEROUS (like at least 5) times of them losing our take out order or just not showing up with a delivery order - today was the last straw. I called in a little after 4. I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Seeing as it’s Friday I decided to give it 40 minutes. I walked in to the restaurant and there was about 15 people waiting for their to go orders, hearing already of lost orders. Then was told they didn’t even have record of my order. I was asked if I’d like to order again - where was the “I’m sorry mam, we will give you a discount - we will make it right”- nothing. Just “want to order again?” Nope. I do not. And I will not be ordering from this location again.

They’re terribly inconsistent. We love Louie’s pizza when it’s made right, but if you look at these two pictures of breadsticks they’re completely different. One way over baked the other very delicious. We’ve had the same experience with our pizza too, one burnt one not. We’d love to eat here more, but you guys can’t keep doing this!!!

This is the most inconsistent pizza place on the planet! Sometimes it's near the best pizza on the planet others times the worst. Tonight's pizza had about a half pound of sauce on it! So bad to the point were all the cheese and toppings just slid off. Instead of returning it I just wiped the insanely thick layer of sauce off the crust and placed the cheese back on top. Three weeks ago had the best pizza of my life from the same restaurant. Therefore the only conclusion is that the management is $hit and doesnt know how to train their employees. Makes sense why there's so many 1 star and 5 star reviews. The consistency is absolute $hit at this location.

Louies has always been my favorite. I’ve ordered 6 pizzas from the tutt location now and they have all been inedible. I’ve resorted to picking up from the Barnes location, because they take pride in their pizza, and I’ve asked to speak to manages and or the owner mane times. Never contacted by anyone. I wanted to make sure the owner or manager knows how bad the pizza coming out of the tutt location is because I really like this business. Obviously the owner has given up.
