I paid $1,200 for a cover up tattoo which I wasn't too upset about. It's pretty big. My thing is they took some after photos. I gave the artist my cell and asked her to send them to me. Nothing! I called up to the studio and they don't answer the phone. They don't return voicemails. They never took a copy of my driver's license or ID so that says something about their priorities(money not compliance). I like my tattoo but I was disappointed in their customer service and for that reason I would never go to them again for any services.

The people there are amazing and my tattoo artist has always done amazing work. However after going here for over 10 years, I am not happy with the price jump on tattoos. I am all for paying for amazing art but when their prices triple over the course of a few months it makes it hard to want to keep coming back. And how to get a consultation all over the phone thru a third party and not being able to talk to the artists in person is just not my thing. It's not how I would like to talk about a work of art that is going to be on my body forever. As a customer I don't feel that the way to get a tattoo is about making the customer happy. Pens and needles got a 5/5 Certified gets a 1/5

Went to Iso, best tattoo yet. One of the best I have ever gotten, and worth the money. Nice shop, he was super fast and efficient. Trying to get a nice, quality tattoo, come to this place. Have already gotten 2 done by Iso so far, and gonna go back and get more as soon as the healing process is over with the one I just got from there.
